Story: I saw Taylor in concert in November of 2007 when she came to my hometown and thats when I fell in love with her and her music! I saw her again on July 17th of this year(17 is my lucky number) in Columbus, OH. While Gloriana was performing, I met Taylor's mom because she was just walking around on the floor and nobody noticed, so I took the advantage :) She was really sweet. Then when Taylor performed Hey Stephen and came to the back of the arena where we were, this little girl that I had just met who was sitting in front of us, and I were right at the gate below the stage. I had a sign that said "PROUD OWNER OF A TAYLOR SWIFT FANSITE". The little girl's name was Samantha and it was her 10th birthday. I had the sign folded up because security told me to throw it away. I told Samantha to hold it up when Taylor came back around(by this time she was performing Tim McGraw). Samantha held it up where Taylor could still see me behind her. Thats when Taylor pointed at me, made eye contact and just smiled the biggest smile ever! After she was done, she came directly off stage to me and Samantha. Taylor grabbed my hand and put her guitar pick in it that she played Tim McGraw with! I told her I loved her and she told me she loved me. Then before she could walk away, I told her it was Samantha's birthday and she grabbed Samantha's hand, told her happy birthday, and slid her bracelet off her wrist onto Samantha's! Samantha and I were both crying and we just hugged eachother after Taylor walked away. Samantha's mom couldn't stop thanking me for giving Samantha one of the best memories she will ever have and I was extremely ecstatic to have Taylor's pick in my hand :)

Taylor Swift inspired Jackie to: Taylor inspired me to get over guys I thought I was never gonna get over, to persevere through tough times, and she has inspired me to go for what I believe in.

Why Jackie loves Taylor: I love Taylor because she is one of the biggest stars today and she still knows where she comes from, she doesn't show arrogance, she doesn't expect to win, she thanks her FANS for every award(which means a lot to the fans!), and she's not afraid to write personal songs about her life and open up to her listeners. Also, she's extremely talented :)
